Direct booking policies

- Booking: Reservation is confirmed once we receive the signed rental agreement and required payment.
- Occupancy: Maximum of 11 guests. Registered guests only.
- No parties / events.
- No smoking / vaping indoors.
- Quiet hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
- Hot tub: Follow posted safety rules; children must be supervised.
